These terms apply to all website development services provided by Mind Body Masters Pty Ltd trading as New Patient Engine.

1. Payment

Website projects require:

50% deposit prior to commencement

50% balance prior to launch

Websites will not be published until payment has been received in full.

All payments are non-refundable.

2. Project Commencement

Work begins once the deposit and required content/assets have been received.

3. Revisions

Each website build includes:

One (1) design revision following concept approval

One (1) full website revision round prior to launch

Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

4. Delays

Projects paused for more than 30 days due to client inactivity may be rescheduled.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Ownership transfers upon final payment and launch.

However, the website design, layout structure, styling, and creative direction remain the intellectual property of New Patient Engine.

Designs may not be replicated or redeployed by another designer without written consent.

6. Platform & Hosting

Websites are built on Squarespace.

Clients are responsible for:

- Domain management

- Squarespace account management

- Ongoing hosting fees

7. Compliance

While content is written to align with AHPRA guidelines to the best of our knowledge, final responsibility for compliance rests with the client.

8. Attribution

We reserve the right to include a small footer credit such as “Website by New Patient Engine.”

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
